All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of submission. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, national holidays and company closures listed below. An email confirmation is sent to you after your order is completed. The email will include tracking number of the shipment of your order online. Shipping usually take 3-5 business days to arrive within US, excluding order processing time. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 2 business days of your order, please email us email@example.com.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order or shipping address. Shipment and order related problems must be reported to us within 14 days of the shipping date at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which show proof of delivery from the shipping company.
If a customer does not accept the package, the customer will be billed the return fee which is assessed by shipping carrier. Packages that are returned as Refused or Undeliverable will be issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Shipping fee will be applied to reship a refused or undeliverable package.
